How do I return?

1. Follow the steps: "My Account" > "My Orders" > "Order Details".

2. Click on the "Create Return Shipping Code" button.

3. Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return. If you purchased more than one of the same product, you must also select the number of products to be returned.

4. Choose one of the recommended return methods based on the suitability of the products you wish to return.

5. If multiple shipping options appear, make your shipping selection.

6. Note down the return shipping code displayed on the screen. You can also access your return shipping code from the "My Orders" page.

7. Place the products with the same return code in the same package along with their invoice and make sure the package is secure.

8. Products with different return codes must be given in separate packages, even if they are given to the same courier.

9. Depending on the return method you chose, deliver your package to a pick-up point or cargo branch of your choice within 7 days, or hand it over to the officer who will come to your address on the scheduled appointment day.

10. If you exceed 7 days, you will need to obtain a new return shipping code.

Return Conditions:

1- The product packaging must be undamaged and unused.

2- The product must be returned with all its accessories and original box.

3- Returns of the following product groups are accepted if their packaging has not been opened, they have not been tried, damaged, or used:

• Products unsuitable for health and hygiene (cosmetics and personal care products, perfumes, epilators, razors, headphones, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, etc.)

• Copyable software and programs (DVDs, VCDs, CDs, tapes, etc.)

• Books and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.)

4- Returns of single-use products and products that spoil quickly or are likely to expire are not accepted.
